A 48-Unit/52-Bed Assisted Living Facility with a substantial Memory Care component, an ILF Community is proposed with 20 – 40 single residences with square foot of between 1200-1800 sq. feet.  We are also constructing a YMCA facility including an indoor pool, pickle ball, walking trails and potentially a 9 hole 5 par golf course which will be available to the residents as well as the community.  We are working to additionally have Physical Therapy in co-operations with the YMCA as well as a Bistro offering Specialty Drinks  all located in Poquoson, Virginia
